A two-time Salesperson of the Year nominee and the first foodservice employee in Mondelez history to achieve the prestigious Circle of Champions Award, Michael blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Brandon C. Williams

Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has demonstrated a proven ability to grow regional territories, strengthen distribution networks, and elevate brand presence across highly competitive foodservice and CPG landscapes. He has successfully managed more than $50 million in manufacturing volume across the Northeast United States and Eastern Canada, leading strategic sales initiatives, broker networks, distributor partnerships, and promotional execution designed to drive sustainable revenue growth and incremental market share. Mr. Williams is recognized for his consistent focus on building long-term business opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and developing scalable growth strategies that create lasting value for both manufacturing partners and distribution networks.
His previous success as Director of Sales, East for My/Mochi Ice Cream, included rapid expansion into colleges and universities, securing high-value distribution partnerships, and establishing major accounts such as Disney. Earlier, as Senior Director of Foodservice Sales at Sambazon, he significantly increased market share, expanded the College & University footprint, and strengthened relationships with national contract management companies.
His foundational years with Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods further solidified his expertise in account management, operator programming, and strategic selling. Mr. Williams’s career is also shaped by unique early experiences in global government foodservice roles, including serving as a Senior Food Service Specialist at Bagram Air Force Base and as a U.S. Foodservice Liaison at the U.S. Embassy in Iraq.
These positions strengthened his adaptability, operational insight, and ability to perform under pressure. Across every role, he has consistently demonstrated talent in market analysis, product line expansion, contract management, and team development, making him a versatile, results-driven leader in the foodservice industry. Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University in Schaumburg, Illinois. He also holds an Associate of Arts in Business Marketing and Culinary Science from Johnson & Wales University in Norfolk, Virginia.
